Creative and Cartesian, Marcellus has been working in the logistics industry since 2003, accumulating significant results and an extremely rare multidisciplinary background. A polyglot with a bachelor's degree in Advertising & Marketing and an MBA in Business Management from IBMEC, as well as technical certifications as a rigger and auditor, he has developed commercial and operational skills leading complex projects such as the doubling of the Carajás Railway (S11D), Route 2 (Pre-salt) and the assembly of various wind farms in Brazil. He was one of the creators and executors of an unprecedented port operation logistics project in Brazil that integrated public labor (OGMO) in a private terminal in the Port of Santos with road and sea transport, lifting of oversized loads and storage. This project served as the basis for the New Ports Law approved in 2013. Marcellus has been living with his family in Orlando since 2017.
