I joined our implementation team in Hong Kong as an IT Project Manager for our latest clients Cathay Pacific & Cathay Dragon. My role was to lead the finance workstream and the corresponding IT changes it came with between our development team in Dublin and the project team in Hong Kong. Managing the implementation and establishing best practices I onboarded our new Finance Manager. Reporting directly to the Retail Director I was a key part in managing the overall project implementation, including senior stakeholder management as well as the operational go-live. Additionally I managed the opening of the Cathay Pacific staff shop as well as internal staff sales.

My role was the implementation of both product-related and operational/IT projects. I managed to optimize the ordering process for all Ryanair bases in Germany by implementing the company's front-to-end IT solution, maximizing profit by minimizing wastage and out of stocks. I was able to secure the German custom authority’s approval for using the Vector platform for the management of on-board retail within Germany by managing the necessary IT changes for daily customs data delivery to the customs officials. In addition to that I ran the food&beverage tender for Etihad Airlines' onboard-retail program, sourcing more than 200 products and clearing a major customs roadblock by establishing company’s relationship with Dublin Chamber of Commerce for product distribution to UAE I was also responsible for sourcing market specific buy-on-board products for Ryanair's polish subsidiary Ryanair sun.

I was hired to implement a galley planning IT system that optimized the airline's onboard equipment usage. My core responsibilities were developing master data to ensure smooth system implementation and analyzing and identifying improvements within the system.

Internship where I was able to improve the companies' IT solutions by analyzing and preparing data of existing and potential customers within an internal benchmarking project. Additionally I achieved substantial savings for our customer by managing worldwide return of leased equipment for KLM airlines and tracked the companies' monthly performance by by creating monthly KPI's and preparing management presentations accordingly.
