Product Manager
CurrentDevelop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for season tickets and manage memberships.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and define product requirements.Align product strategy with overall business objectives and company growth goals.Work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, CSM, and sales to ensure successful product development and launch.Define and prioritize product features, enhancements, and releases based on customer needs and market trends.Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, ensuring timely delivery and high quality standards.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of new products and features.Monitor product performance, gather data-driven insights, and make informed decisions to drive continuous improvement. Ability to integrate Product Analytics into new developments to measure user behavior and make improvements.Experimentation (A/B Testing) to get better conversion into sales (VWO tool).Act as the voice of the customer within the organization, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are integrated into the product development process.
