- Responsible for managing a team of 10 people, being: 05 in Procurement (CAPEX/OPEX in national and international markets), 04 in Expediting/Inspection and 01 in Logistics (domestic, importation and exportation);- Responsible for a PVO above 20,0mio EUR per year related to projects in the areas of Cement, Mining, Logistics, Airports, Services and Spare Parts;- Responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures (e.g., structure of Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, TCO and others);- Responsible for implementing policy/culture of project procurement management (PMO);- Projects I acted as Project Procurement Manager:* Porto Alegre and Fortaleza Airports to FRAPORT. Accomplishment: project delivery on time and with required quality and cost reduction of 6%.* BG Sorters to LOGGI. Accomplishment: development and maintenance of local suppliers that support the deliveries and project execution during pandemic period;* Line Sorters to LOGGI. - Responsible for managing a team of 18 people, being: 10 in Procurement (CAPEX/OPEX in national and international markets), 06 in Expediting/Inspection (worldwide) and 02 in Logistics (domestic, importation and exportation);- Responsible for a POV above 70,0mio EUR per year (CAPEX and OPEX) related to demands from a factory placed in Santa Luzia – MG and projects in the areas of Cement, Mining and Minerals, Process Technology, Automotive, Services, Spare Parts;- Responsible for developing and implementing processes and procedures (e.g., structure of Supply Chain Management, Supplier Management, e.auctions, TCO, E-2-E and others) that were taken as benchmarking by other units of thyssenkrupp in Brazil;- Responsible for developing, together with headquarters in Germany, the strategies of the major clusters for the Brazilian market;- Report to COO South America and CPO in Germany;- Nominated to the group of tk talents, which has employees who have higher performance than expected. Among 250 employees of the company, only 10 were nominated.

- Responsible for a POV above 30,0mio EUR per year related to projects in the areas of Cement, Mining, Automotive, Services and Spare Parts;- Responsible for building and developing a team from zero.- Acted as Project Procurement Manager in several projects and the accomplishments were the consolidation of strong vendor list and achievement of relevant cost reductions (around 7% per project).

- To harmonize processes/procedures and consolidation of workloads, worked in the headquarters of thyssenkrupp in Germany and branch offices in China, Vietnam and Malaysia for 01 year;- When in Germany, I acted in a cement project in Turkey as Project Procurement Manager responsible for a total POV above 7,0mio EUR;- After backing to Brazil, I was responsible for all acquisitions carried out in the international market (China, Malaysia, India, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, USA, Canada and others) and for supporting sales areas in the bid phase.

- Project I acted as SM:* SAG and POLYCOM (HPGR) Mills to VALE. Accomplishment: due to commitment and technical knowledge, we sold additional scope.- Responsible for multidisciplinary and intercultural teams (technicians from Germany, Portugal, Brazil and Swiss). Communication and integration were big challenges and the culture of feedback was the key of success.

- Projects I acted as PM:* Dessulfurization Plant to tkCSA. Accomplishment: gross profit kept;* SAG Ball Mills to YAMANA. Accomplishment: gross profit increased in 1% and project delivered according to time schedule agreed with customer;- Project status report and indicators to CEO and headquarters in Germany.

- Responsible for structural calculation using specific software;- Project concept development of pollution control systems (bag filters, fans, coolers, screw conveyors, rotary valves and others);- Responsible for supplier qualification/homologation;- Coordination of assembly staff and responsible for "start-up" and commissioning of pollution control systems;- Responsible for the areas of project, manufacturing, quality and assembly;- Report to CEO in Brazil.
