Responsible for automation projects and maintenance support of rotary and linear assembly machines and thermoforming packaging machines for the production process of shavers.• Lead refurbishment projects (retrofitting) for shaver’s assembly and packing machines. Responsible for the project management: scope development, schedule preparing, CAPEX control, monitoring the execution of activities, technical approval and management of outsourced teams.• Manage E&A Obsolete Plan.• Provide studies to the maintenance team regarding analysis of stops and services, aiming to improve equipment availability.• Program and/or diagnose faults in HMI, PLC (Rockwell), vision systems (Cognex), SCARA (Hiwin) and Delta (ABB) robots, frequency inverters and servo motors.• Provide support, updates and troubleshooting to the technical team about the automation systems.• Design and deploy the automation improvements.• Key user of the maintenance management system (COSWIN).• Review technical requirements of automation projects.• Manage the automation softwares licenses and backups.• Participate in the plant's energy efficiency committee – ISO 50001.• Propose spare parts lists for the automation and electrical systems.• Manage the maintenance KPIs and propose actions to improve the results.• Lead an electrical maintenance team.• Schedule the preventive and programmed maintenances.Results:• Interlocking a thermoforming packaging machine with automation.• Replacement of an inspection system for the shaver assembly process. 60% reduction in machine downtime related to the inspection system.• Installation of a barcode camera to ensure that there is no mixing of products inside the box. 100% reduction in customer complaints.• Retrofit of 2 assembly machines and 4 packaging machines.
