Zycon is a high specialized company in Industrial Automation, handling business as authorized dealer of Wago and Omron, mostly.Managing the commercial area, we achieved new customers through new products and services. We also develop new partners for the company. We have implemented the services division and panels assembling. We also restructuring the customer service area and could implement a new monitoring system. I could also participate in investments decisions, cash flow analysis, taxes debits, suppliers negotiations of discounts and payment conditions, P&L analysis.Through a new sistem of comission and bonus, implementing a new insurance health service company, we could bring to our staff a better level of satisfaction and a good commitment of them all.

I was Sales manager of the brazilian subsidiary of this Germany Company that is one of the market leaders for electrical conections (terminal blocks) and Industrial Automation products as Fieldbus Nodes (I/O) for Profibus, Device Net, Modbus, Ethernet, ASi, Dali, etc. I was in charge for development of new business channels as salesman, representatives, distributors, wholesalers. I also in charge for markiting actions as specialized magazines advertisings, and marketing researchs for products launch.

I started as Regional Sales Manager for all Brazilian states, except São Paulo city. Than I receive a challenge for develop Sales Channels in Latin America Market, except Mexico, and later I assume a General Coordination for all Sales and Engineering department of the company.

My first position at Omron was Salesman in São Paulo city, after I got the challenge to be Sales Coordinator for São Paulo State and finally I became the Sales Supervisor for the whole Brazil. Responsible for sales channels and development of new distributors and also participate in strategic planning.

Salesman in charge for São Paulo city. Development of new customers and maintenance of the currently. In this period I got new important customers and increase sales in the region four times.

Coordination of a contract for Mafersa working with technical documentation as Maintenace and Operation Manuals.

Trainee, Technician and finally Technical Salesman. Was the biggest Brazilian company productor of Trains, Electrical Buses and Diesel Buses. Currently were bought by Alstom.
