Acting on the implementation of a BI project since its initial phase for a manufacturing and retail business group, with multinational operations. My role in this project is to make the management, analysis and development. The project began with understanding the client's needs, from itscurrent technological, structural, economic and cultural reality, where following a technical analysis, an initial document Project View Statement was generated and presented.Taking experience from previous projects, It was adopted the agile management method Scrum, creating a flow with conceptual documents and consistent process cycles, since the creation of document Data Driven as a tool for analyzing and gathering requirements, for each indicator to be constructed, going through the Dimensional Model, integration and data preparing processing for the DW, creation of Prototype and final version of the dashboard ending with publication and configuration of the dashboard in the Power BI Service web environment, making it available for analysis and decision-making. Project management is done using the "Smartsheet" tool.

Acting in the project area of ​​the software factory doing business surveys and creating BI prototypes for prospect customers, with the support of the conceptual tools of Data Driven, Dimensional Model and physics such as Power BI, morover coordinating and supporting the internal team in directing the resolutions of demands providing managerial and technical support, with support from the Planner tool, respecting the SLA (Service Level Agreement) and LGPD rules.As a technical leader developing BI projects, hands on, going through the requirements processes until the delivery of the final product. Using Scrum agile management method, with the generation of Data Driven used as a conceptual tool for analysis and requirements gathering, mapping all indicators, tables and their fields and metrics to be used in the project, the generation of the Dimensional Model, the generation of the Data Warehouse model, with the Pentaho or SSAS tool, to then create the dashboards with the support of the Power BI tool. In the final phase of the product to be delivered, the creation and configuration of the environment in the Power BI Service. This whole process using the best visual design practices according to the target audience to be reached.
