Central to that success is my ability to deliver consistent performance by streamlining and automating processes, building strong relationships, and creating bench strength across organizations.My Finance experience combines over 20 years in Capital Markets, Structured Finance and Investment Banking working in cross-border transactions in a multitude of sectors with 4 years as CFO of an $800m payments company where I led, streamlined and automated a number of processes in merchant Settlement and Funding, Treasury, Business & Financial Reporting, and Revenue Management and another 4 years running all finance for an EdTech startup. As CEO, I had the opportunity to lead Merchant e-solutions through a sell-side transaction while delivering consistent results beyond set financial targets, which mostly derived from targeted revenue management, process redesign, and cost-efficiency initiatives. During that period, we revamped the sales and partner management organization, redesigned the software development delivery process, built a targeted marketing organization, and launched several performance improvement initiatives with our main distribution partners. I also founded and led a Brazil-based English-learning startup who was able to weather the COVID pandemic, build partnerships with 3 of the 5 largest education groups in Brazil and reach over 12,000 paying customers.
