With over 10 years of experience managing projects for large, mid, and small-sized corporations in various countries, Marcelo has a proven track record of creating successful interaction design, online strategy, rapid prototyping, and technology transfer.Fulbright scholar, obtaining a Master's degree from the Interactive Telecommunications Program of New York University, and a Computer Science bachelor's degree from the Universidad Catolica of Paraguay. During his studies, he conducted research for New York University's Center for Urban Science and Progress (CUSP), developed projects for Inter-American Development Bank, and worked with ELAB Bio and Health Tech NYC and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners. Marcelo is a senior advisor who has provided consultancy services to international organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB) and the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF). He specializes in innovation, prototyping, and data science and has the technical expertise necessary to communicate effectively with development teams.
