 Monitor the physical implementation of the project with third-party manufacturing and related field services; Prepare update reports for all projects for stakeholders; Control and manage the company's contracts with clients and suppliers, ensuring compliance with deadlines, scope, quality requirements, and costs; Control and manage the project budget and participate in negotiations with key stakeholders, ensuring project execution in accordance with the budget approved by shareholders; Monitor key project management indicators, develop and manage the schedule with clients and suppliers, actively participating in the development of strategies to meet contractual milestones; Conduct meetings with clients and suppliers to present project progress and align customer needs with company goals; Monitor project risks and develop plans to eliminate or mitigate risks; Conduct project handover to the client, including all relevant documentation; Request and evaluate commercial proposals from suppliers; Provide technical support to other areas of the company in the development of projects, establishing key technical requirements for scope and contract during the execution/supply stages with clients and suppliers.
