Implement, certify, control and follow up of the security programs C-TPAT (Customs Trade Partnership against Terrorism) and BASC (Business Anti-Smuggling Coalition) at the 11 Terminals of SWIFT Transportation Mexico Division. Auditing, evaluation and certification of customers operating procedures according to the supply chain security, logistics, and standards of the C-TPAT and BASC programs. Cross examination and general assessments on special investigations.

Represent the Governor, State General Secretary and State Attorney General by drafting the required written statements to defend the Governor's office on court cases. Handle the cases mentioned above through personal interventions in court, and delivery of new statements. Study and analyze liabilities on new projects promoted by the Governor's office. Advise Governor on amendments to the law and their legal consequences.
