People support; responsible for managing, maintaining, and improving HR processes; employee record keeping, recruitment, on-boarding internally and through several industry HRIS systems, employee engagement, planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and counsel employees through to redundancies and disciplinary terminations. - Drive effective compliance programs to ensure compliance with legislation, codes of practices, Standards, license and other industry specific requirements.- Assists the Engineering and Operations Department in their dealings with Clients in all issues concerned with projects tendering, project start-up and project management activities.- liaising with clients on all HSEQ, HR / IR on safety and governance.
