We maintain contact directly with headquarters and their brokers, outsourcing the HR departments, that is, usualy, responsible in the company. In the ESPP the employee could purchase the shares of the company with a discounted price. Employees contribute to the plan through payroll deductions, where the price is established between the offering date and the purchase date.In Brasil we are the only company who do this full process including LECTURES for the company and their employees.As this process in Brasil is not common, before we start the process, we convince the headquarter that in Brazil, this kind of process is very burocratic. Different from other countries where this is more simple.As in the ESOP some specific employees are granted with the Stocks. Furthermore, employees typically must wait a specified vesting period before being allowed to exercise the option.
