Mission:- Encourage the search for performance and progress of Quality of products manufactured and delivered, promoting involvement of Central and Site Activities, in a medium and long term vision.Main expected achievements:- Ensure that the portfolio of progress projects with a focus on Quality are defined in the strategic CAPEX investment plan for industrial activities, in line with the Company's global strategic plan.- Support industrial activities in meeting the objectives of the Quality progress plan in the medium and long term.- Support industrial activities so that quality performance is consistent, and constantly evolving with objectives over time. Right First Time principles are applied.- Ensure that good Quality practices included in the Lean Manufacturing Program implemented at industrial activities are identified, and that the priorities are defined.- In cooperation with the Company's Central Quality Guaranty Department, support industrial activities so that their qualitative and quantitative levels allow the entity's ambitions to be achieved.- Cooperate in defining the Company's quality goals, and ensuring their application in industrial activities.- Promote the alignment and coherence of local and central actions and their implementation, through the network of Quality and Progress Managers.- Manage and support the development of people under your functional responsibility. The team is held accountable.

Main responsibilities:Manage evolutions of industrial processes in all truck tires plants of the world;Identify future needs of industrial processes and driven them in according technological and product developments of company;Validate processes choosed in the industrial projects;Contribute for development of concepts and prototypes evolutions of industrial processesValidate industrial equipment in investment projects by integrating the sustainability planContribute for Industrial Direction to build investment plans taking into account the strategy of process deployment and industrial needs.Contribute for definition evolution of processes in according with product and industry visions.Contributes to the success of activity plans and progress plansProvides process support and proposes processes improvement to the all Industrial Plants of company on the wordwideAnimate the technical networks, and garantee their development and sustainability.Verifiy compliance with standards, robustness of costing, and planning of projects to the investment plan of the company.
