Over a decade of experience as a press officer, analyst and proofreader, as well as a long experience as a researcher and professor of undergraduate and graduate courses. I have worked at an advertising agency and sold clothes. Because of my interest in always studying and staying up to date, I have knowledge of SEO areas, techniques for creating prompts for AI mechanisms such as ChatGPT and I know how to think strategically about the functions of these AI tools in a company.With a PhD from PUC-SP in Intelligence Technologies and Digital Design (TIDD, 2022/2), a Master's degree in Communications from Cásper Líbero, I was a member of a PUC-SP digital networks study group (2011–2023): I co-authored six books with articles, helped organize many events and was the editor and proofreader of the group's website for a decade. I also completed another postgraduate degree (lato sensu) in Communication with an emphasis on Marketing and a have a degree in Journalism.Even before that, at the age of 17, I studied Chemical Engineering for two years at UFRJ, but I preferred writing poems. I have been studying polarization in digital networks and the crisis of trust in media and other institutions around the world since 2017.
