Provide techinical support to Operations Team with hull integrity management of MdB units responsible for:• Liaise with operations team to ensure that tanks are clean and ready for entry prior to embarking inspection vendor.• Draft long-term tank inspection schedule for the MdB units and manage the schedule and progress of inspection works.• Follow up of tank inspection activities verifying and approving all inspection drafts and reports from vendor, before submission to Class.• Create inspection plans for the tanks to be inspected, either via Hull Monitoring Software or manually prepared by draftsman, for the inspection vendor, outlining MdB specific requirements.• Create corrective notifications on CMMS (SAP), monitor progress of the specified repairs and close the notification after repair completion.• Approve repair plans created by Offshore Execution Team based on inspection reports and provide technical support whenever necessary.• Provide monthly status report of tanks condition, progress of tank inspection activities as well as Class inspections and recommendation due dates for inspections.• Embark offshore periodically to inspect tanks with major anomalies or whenever necessary.• Provide technical support to Marine Compliance team for Class tank inspection related matters.• Ensure the technical support to Operations Team by responding to MOCs, TQs, RCAs, CAPAs and NOIs upon request.• Review and update MdB marine guides for inspection and produced water storage and management.• Monitor and control the produced water storage into cargo tanks, approving deviations, when required, by performing a risk assessment for each affected tank.• Perform projected thickness calculations to estimate corrosion effect on tank structure, defining new inspection due dates considering that no renewal condition is accepted.- New solutions implementation.

Technical support for activities in PETROBRAS UO-RIO/IPP/EN - Marine Surveyor for topside offshore steel structures of - PETROBRAS´s production floating units.Technical support for Petrobras-UO-RIO/IPP/ EN ( Naval Engineering Management Department), in matters related to Naval Structures discipline and to Classification Societies (ABS, Bureau Veritas and DNV-GL), following and working with their Marine Surveyors in several Ships and Offshore Platforms Classification Surveys and Auditings, and giveing support in the Naval Structures discipline, as facilitator in negotiations with the Classification Societies in matters related to Non-Conformities verified in these Units during Class Surveys and Incident Investigations of ships and offshore platforms, involving:- Evaluation of Structural Tank Inspection Plans;- Follow-up of inspections on board (campaigns of thickness measurements andclass inspections);- Evaluation of thickness Measure Inspection's Reports;- Assessment of anomalies (cracks, thickness losses, etc.);- Approval of Repairs Projects with Classification Societies (ABS, BV and DNV-GL);- Coordinate repairs together with the Petrobras and Contracted teams;- Onboard Repairs Tracking.- Responsible for the design (logistic) of Repairs in Structural Tanks and theelaboration of Projects MDs (Descriptive Memorials), for the execution of theServices, working for Petrobras Naval Engineering - UO-RIO / ENGP / EN, togetherwith PCM of Petrobras' UO-RIO.
