Service manager - Chile, Perú & Bolivia, IT Business. With a service team in Chile & Perú (20+ professionals) and more than 25 customers. Proven ability to lead and motivate people and leadership to high performance teams.Accountable for service results, revenue forecast, budget and service P&L. Service results are reported directly to the Latam Service Manager & Latam Board.Responsible to keep in contact end customers on the operational level and senior hospitalmanagers. Focused in customer experience and customer satisfaction.Resource capacity planning in multi-projects environment. Project management and supportmatters aligned with global guidelines; proposals generation, handover sessions to services,contracts, project planning, service delivery and support services. Support commercial activities in the proposals generation process.

Responsible for the overall RIS-PACS projects implementation, including topics such ascustomer management, project planning, change management, team coordination and problem/risks management. Clínica Universidad de los Andes Chile, AUNA Perú, C. Anglo Americana Perú and Asociación Chilena de Seguridad Chile have been the latest projects where he was involved as Project Manager.In Chile, has been responsible as project manager & Integration Leader for RIS-HIS integration project in new and existing customers. Has led RIS/PACS - HIS integration projects with SAP, Alert, Telvent, iSoft and others. Some of these customers include Hosp. C. U. Católica de Chile, Hosp. C. U. de Chile, Clínica Alemana de Santiago, Asociación Chilena de Seguridad, Cruz Blanca Salud (Bupa currently), ClínicaReñaca, Clínica Antofagasta, Hosp. de Higueras de Talcahuano and Clínica Tabancura. Proficiency in the implementation of projects following the AGFA Project Management Guidelines and working with internal SAP Project Management modules.

Senior Integration Specialist handling several projects responsible for the analysis and definition of customer workflows, project scope and systems implementation.
