-Due to my recognized experience in industry and constant loss of talent in this segment, I was invited to work in Human Resources (Michelin Headquarter-Rio de Janeiro), supporting industry;-Managed the career of more than 400 people in Brazil (+ 50 in Argentine), resulting in a 95% reduction in the loss of industrial talents and an improvement of 80% in total satisfaction with career;-Routines: interviews with the responsible for the opened position, creations and review of job description, classification of the position, hunting, interviews with selected candidates, preparation and negotiation of proposal, recruitment and reception, knowledge interviews, monitoring, coordination of performance assessments with the managers, identification of potentials, understanding of the career needs of each employee, understanding the possible career in the company and the different paths of growth for higher position, preparation of individual career plans, preparation of Succession Plans for each area, validation of salary increases by merit and eventual employee dismissal process;-Coordinated “impatriation” and expatriation processes;-Selected, hired and managed the training (in Brazil and Canada) of more than 500 people to start and operate a new passenger car tire factory in Resende, enabling zero delay in production ramp-up, process considered as benchmark by the Michelin Group (people Ready To Work in time);-Acquired knowledge in HR through the experience in its main subsystems;-Reported to Sr Human Resources Manager - LATAM.

-Implemented and managed the Project Management Office (PMO) for project portfolio management at Michelin Industrial Unit in Rio de Janeiro;-Managed large multinational Industrial Project (USD 200 million) to increase 40% in the production capacity of the 2nd largest plant for cargo tire (bus and truck), with part of the Project and Engineering Team in France, where I was recognized by the ability to manage transverse and multidisciplinary issues, communication and integration with french team. Project implemented according the original scope, time, resources and cost;-Led monthly meetings in Brazil with the Project Committee (CEO LATAM + his team);-Led (every 2 months) meetings in France to report the status of the project, including for the President of Michelin Group (Project Owner) and his board;-Led international team for study and optimization of projects with total saving of USD 12 million.-Recognized with the Triangle Award for changing the layout of the project with a reduction of USD 3 millions;-Reported to Industrial Plant Director / LATAM Industrial Director.

-Managed the manufacturing and remanufacturing operation of medium and large copier machines at Xerox Industrial Unit in Resende/RJ, for local market and export, with direct team of 12 supervisors and 1200 people on shop floor;-Implemented methodologies for productivity improvement, waste reduction, problem solving (Lean Manufacturing, 6 Sigma/DMAIC, CEP, KANBAN, FMEA, MASP, PDCA, 5S etc.) achieving solid results that make the industrial plant, one of the most productive within the Group, recognized as a benchmark;-Actively participated in restructuring and strong cultural change with the outsourcing of the Xerox Manufacturing Operation to Flextronics (an Electronics Manufacturing Services-EMS), with zero voluntary loss of employees during the transition;-Reorganized the production processes and layout, resulting in the emptying of one of the site's buildings, which enabled Flextronics to also captures new business / new customers such as HP, Ericsson, Keenex Computers, Schlumberger etc.;

-Managed the Quality and Environmental System (ISO 9001 / ISO 14001) and their various subsystems, with zero major non-conformance in all external audits (BSI and ABS);-Coordinated activities of Quality System Internal Audit, Quality Labs (Measurement / Calibration / Tests) and Product Quality Audit, leading and guiding a team of 72 directs;-Led strategic planning process for the Operation;-Developed, with steering committee, Mission, Vision, Macro Objectives, with unfolding of objectives by area with respective action plans. I was the responsible to follow the entire action plan;-Managed some outsourced contracts, such as transportation, restaurant, maintenance, cleaning and asset security, with an overall reduction in contract values by 28% with a consequent reduction in the direct cost of products;-Received, by performance, a zero cost MBA at Fundação Dom Cabral;-Reported to Industrial Plant Director and Quality Director at CLAMO (Canadian and Latin America Manufacturing Operations).
