I´m an executive with a solid background in the areas of administration and social sciences with 18 years of experience implementing external affairs and sustainability strategies in organizations operating in several countries of South America. I have relevant experience in mining, oil & gas and energy, working in multinational companies in which I have led relationship processes with different stakeholders of government, industry, communities, and indigenous peoples, including the enabling of investment projects, the construction of public-private agreements and the integration of local interests and actors in the business value chain. In turn, I have collaborated as a visiting professor in Chile and Spain on topics related to corporate sustainability, local development and strategic communication. I enjoy leading multidisciplinary teams in which I can provide strategic vision, analytical skills and, above all, commitment to results. I consider myself a flexible person with a high capacity for learning and adaptation to high-pressure contexts; likewise, I have a deep understanding of the value chain, regulatory context, and risks of the mining industry, which enables me to contribute decisively to the design and implementation of successful strategic approaches in this field. Finally, I aspire to expand my professional experience to new roles, challenges, countries, and people, as a way to boost my personal development.
