Responsible for sales consulting in the Chevrolet Dealership Network in the states of Rio Grande do Norte and Paraíba.• Monitoring and analysis of the automobile industry, evaluating retail and direct sales channels, as well as market segments.Implementation of the Sales Excellence Program, leveraging the customer satisfaction index, through the review of all processes in the dealership sales sector.• Elaboration and alignment of communication strategies in conjunction with the Dealer Network, evaluating the best actions and offers for a given period.• Responsible for managing the stock of the concessionaires, meeting the need of the Dealership Network, negotiating volume and product mix.• Negotiation and evaluation of the concession exchange, and presentation of possible concessionaire candidates.• Coordination of events such as fairs, launch of new products and actions for customers.

•Responsible for developing sales, marketing and communication activities in the states of Pernambuco ans Alagoas in order to increase the retention and satisfaction of Chevrolet vehicle owners.Developed and managed projects and initiatives that were consistent with the objectives of the company in both the Retail and Wholesale for the Peças Genuínas GM and ACDelco brands.- Drive projects and initiatives that are consistent with the Service and Parts objectives, across bothwholesale and retail platforms and in collaborating with a wide range of external stakeholders;- Identify actions using parts sales and Dealer Performance data, and push outcomes through to theAftersales Business Development team to drive results;- Develop and manage Service and Parts Dealer incentive and bonus programs including relevantcommunications and bulletins;- Key driver of innovation in Service and Parts marketing activities and products;
