Focal point of Procurement Department in Sanitation Projects, such as Raw Sewage Treatment Stations, Recovery of Losses in Water Distribution Systems, Projects for Cleanup of Urban Rivers and Water Mains. I was also Focal Point in Utility Scale Projects for Photovoltaic Energy Generation, leading the processes with leadership and management in more than 20 Projects and 5 GWp studied and executed by the company. My role as a Focal Point of Procurement Department was to represent the department and make meetings and interactions with our internal and external clients such as Estimators, Commercial Business Developments, Risk Department, Suppliers, Project Managers, Engineers, Specialists, Quantity Surveyors and Investors since the beginning of each project until delivery.Management and prospection of suppliers, development of strategic partnerships, relationship with internal and external customers, service to the purchase portfolio of categories A and B, commercial and tax equalization of proposals, definition of short list, commercial negotiation and elaboration of contracts, and also development, verification, treatment, validation and presentation of various KPI's for the Procurement Department in Power BI are also part of my responsibilities.
