Hi, my name is Marcelo Jacobs and I am a 2nd year Chemistry student at the HAN. I want to do analytical chemistry as my specialization in the future with a focus on chromatography. The ability to be able to separate compounds fascinates me and being able to assign quantitative numbers to an unknown is fulfilling. I am adept at being able to work with many people from different backgrounds because of my multicultural upbringing and I am an emotionally aware person which helps with understanding other perspectives. I’ve also lived the past 5 years in the Netherlands, I’m originally from Aruba and can speak 4 languages.I look forward to gaining more experience in the analytical chemistry field and I hope you can refer me to anyone that might be able to help me on my journey. 😊
