Head of all the operations of the Group in Latin America. At this step, I was very focussed on implementing the first office of the Group in the region ('headquarter') and also, I was working with all our partners in order to come up with a plan to bring all the businesses of the group in the region. In summary, Real Estate and Facilties Management were the main focus.

Responsible for prospecting, model strategies, attending and attracting new clients of all the segments for the Group. Restructuring the whole sales and back office teams (incl. the implementation of new tools) was the main challenge as well as the correct engagement of this teams + initial profitability of each contract.Significant results in the conquest of new clients and new businesses in this first year of leadership.

Reporting to the Global VP of Sales in US and to the Global VP of Operations in UK, I was in charge of all the Unilever Portfolio in 12 countries in Latin America (offices and maufacturing sites) thru a 'GMP' contract ('Guaranteed Maximum Price') reducing costs by through 5-year Guaranteed Savings Glide Path. Drive consistency across the portfolio and Service Lines – SLAs, KPIs, reporting, etc; Geographic coverage through all the legal entities and service partners; Provide a more flexible, scalable delivery model; Gain economies of scale – leverage spend; Improve data, technology and reporting; Leverage the strengths of the marketplace.

Responsible for all global accounts operations in Latin America. Implementing global procedures such as global operations process framework, CRM, sales processes framework, corporate governance, among others were some of the chalenges as well as maintain executive relationship with clients and coordinating all process (Sales, Planning, Negotiation, Transition and Operation).

Led Facilities Management Program for all the sites of HSBC in Brazil. Responsible for managing the budget and guaranteeing that the new service delivery model would be as per contract (SLAs and KPIs).
