Production/Packaging Supervisor, November 2019- Present• Utilize knowledge of Baking, Pastry, Restaurant, or Food Service production to create quality and custom packaging, labeling, and distribution to valued customers (i.e. Giant, Wegmans, Sodexo, Government Agencies)• Manage a team of 10 employees working rotational shifts morning and evening, with continuous on-site training and conduct cross-team training• Maintain records of all product inventory and formulation, product shortages, or shift issues (employee and/or product-related)• Verify all equipment and machinery runs efficiently and safely, ensuring all employees follow Good Manufacturing Practices policies• Supervise practices to ensure overall high standards of GMP procedures, HAACP and HOSA standards are met at a company-wide level

• Perform essential duties and responsibilities in order to understand, uphold, and enforce strict process controls, Good Manufacturing Practices, and high sanitation standards. • Lead and supervise Production Shift in a safe, efficient manner, upholding exact safety standards to ensure associates follow and complete all assignments and required product data records. • Manage and monitor key-process control points to ensure product quality and makeup process meets the efficiency parameter and fulfill deliver order requirements.• Facilitate communication with the Distribution department to ensure accurate inventory control and product quality.
