- Leads and defines the appropriate Test Strategy for the project.Participates in reviewing the business user and product requirements, and application design to ensure testability of the product.- Tracks and reports testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, required resources, defects discovered and their status, performance baselines, and others.- Ensures content and structure of all testing documents are documented and maintained.- Performs Test Strategy and Test Cases Review.- Leads the process standardization and/or improvement on SQA related tasks.- Formulates and manages initiatives to increase the skills, quality & efficiency of the SQA team.- Manages SQA stage deployment and repositories.- Provides an accurate status report to the project manager.- Participates in SQA Task Estimation and Risk Analysis on Technical/Project Proposals.- Reviews the quality of the team deliverables and ensures team tasks are completed on time and within budget.- Leads SQA team for any SQA related tasks.

• Work with customers to gather requirements and reproduce production issues. Develop and document test plans. • Develop and maintain automated test jobs. • Test, report and track issues with ongoing software. • Maintain high levels of release quality. • Assist development team in reproducing customer complaints and production issues. • Assist systems/operations team with instructions for production deployments. • Troubleshoot production issues.

Duties and Responsibilities:• Develop test scripts, test conditions, and expected results for one or more test plans, including product, component, assembly, performance, and user acceptance tests. • Execute test scripts.• Record problems and issues in accordance with the project's problem and issue management plans. • Validate product fixes. • Inform the test lead of any issues that may affect the schedule, budget, or quality of the product or the testing process.
