I am currently working as a Dispatcher ISU/Assistant Project Manager at NIxus, a leading provider of SAP solutions and services.In my role, I am responsible for analyzing and dispatching tickets from the SOLMAN platform to the appropriate consultants for prompt resolution. I also monitor the progress of the tickets and assist the consultants in meeting the estimated deadlines. Additionally, I present the service status, statistics, and tickets in treatment in the weekly meetings with one of the main clients. I also create and maintain numerous excel templates for the clients.
