ECHD430 Technology for Young Children (Undergraduate Course) explores instructional technology tailored for early learners, from PreK to 3rd grade, encompassing learning outcomes, instructional methods, and materials.

Executive Leadership for the downtown Boston campus, oversee campus operations, management, and supervision of college staff, including academic advising, student support, admission, financial aid staff, and adjunct faculty. Manage a revenue budget of 900,000 to a million dollars for undergraduate programs in the division of Professional Studies and support the growth of the graduate program. Directly manage the operational, programmatic, and fiscal budget for the campus, working closely with the Vice President of Graduate and Professional Studies and the Provost Office. As a senior member of the leadership team at Endicott College, serve on several college committees, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion working groups. Campus closed in 2022 after pandemic.

Assistant Professor: Teaching 4-6 courses per year in the undergraduate program (Introduction to Education, Integration of Technology in the Classroom, Research Methods, Thesis Project I & II, Social Policy, Nonprofit Philanthropy in Action, and other Independent studies in Education/Research). Collecting academic data on Adult English Language Learners who are seeking an associates degree. The research project is looking at graduation rates, improvement of English language skills, and motivational factors to career pathways and 4 year degrees. I supervise a team of TESOL/ENG instructors, literacy coach, case manager and tutoring language support. 3 year project, measuring the success of a controlled group vs. comparison group of English language students in the regular college program.

Senior faculty and leadership team: Language Acquisition Faculty for a federally-funded project focusing on English Language Learners (ELL) Adult college students; providing leadership for a research study & project with a cohort of ELL learners earning their Associates degree (implementing Writing and Literacy Across the curriculum strategies). Participation across Development, Fundrasing and Implementation of special projects for the college through strategic planning and collaboration with external partners. Interim-support for the Early Childhood Education Department and UCB Bilingual program for adult learners.

United Way of Mass Bay funding initiative. Executive Director of the Latino After School Initiative (LASI); a non-profit philanthropic project focusing on resources, funding, and technical support to Latino-led organizations that provide after school services to Latino youth in Massachusetts. Lead fundraising efforts for grant programs (seeking $450k annually for sites) as well as the development of a network of Latinx community organizations.

Director of Education: oversee the agencies after school programs, college pathway peer-leadership programs, and other initiatives for the community.
