Engineering Manager
CurrentLead the Operational Technology (OT) Engineering department to drive sustainable growth and continuous improvement. Ensure OT delivers automation technologies, including PLC and SCADA systems, in alignment with automation standards and Pharmaceutical GMP requirements on the Manufacturing floor. Oversee the integration of data analysis, machine learning (supervised and unsupervised), and AI algorithms to enhance Operational Excellence, providing insights that support executive decision-making and strategic planning. Enforce strict adherence to cybersecurity and IT policies while fostering strong collaboration with QA and Validation to uphold high regulatory compliance standards.
