July 2022Responsible for planning and introducing infrastructure to new programs & capacity increase programs in VW SAM Region units (São Bernardo do Campo/Taubaté/Curitiba/São Carlos/Paranaguá Port - Brasil, Pacheco - Argentina), in terms of technology, products and plants, installing the necessary infrastructure to attend all the corporate areas and production process for Press Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop, Final Assembly, Powertrain & Logistics, according Cycle Plan and approved project premises. Manage the planning and implementation of programs regarding infrastructure installations such as energy transformation and distribution, utilities generation and distribution (compressed air, industrial cooled water, process related gases), building lighting systems, fire protection installations and managing systems, air conditioning systems, building ventilation and exhaust systems. Develop and implement new standard technologies and solutions regarding infrastructure installations.August 2019 - June 2022Responsible for planning and introducing all means of production to new programs & capacity increase programs in VWSAM units (Taubaté + Curitiba/Brazil and Pacheco/Argentina Plants) in terms of technology, products and plants, installing the necessary features to attend all the corporate areas and production process for Final Assembly and Components, according Cycle Plan and approved project premises. Manage the planning and implementation of programs regarding assembly installations such as body conveyor, manipulators, automatic fixture devices (screwdrivers/machines), skids, electronic regulation and test devices, rolling bands, roller tests center and workbenches. Develop and implement new standard technologies and solutions regarding design for assembly installations concept.

2016 - July 2019Responsible for logistic costs development at sourcing process, management activities for Suppliers Logistic Evaluation and methods development, Inbound/Outbound Transport planning development including new modals, Freight Audit and management of Inventory control - all related to Volkswagen do Brasil Plants (3 for vehicles and 1 for engines). From 2018 on also responsible for logistic costs development at sourcing process for new vehicle at Argentina Plant. Strong interface with Suppliers, Transport companies, Vehicle carriers and Logistic Service Providers.2013 - 2015Responsible for logistic costs development at sourcing process, management for Suppliers Logistic Evaluation and methods development - all related to Volkswagen do Brasil Plants (3 for vehicles and 1 for engines). Strong interface with Suppliers and Logistic Service Providers.2004 - 2012Responsible for Programming and Production Control, Technical Events and Operational Logistic Planning at the São Bernardo do Campo Plant.- Control of 10 models production, in 3 different assembly lines and several versions.- Complete supply chain study and analysis to provide best solutions for the logistic concept.- Management activities for inbound, storage and material handling, including Bill of Material development, inventory control, strong interface with Suppliers and Logistic Service Providers.

Responsible for the development of all Process Engineering activities at the São Bernardo do Campo Plant, including Press Shop, Body Shop, Paint Shop and Final Assembly areas, related to product technical changes and new vehicles, defining and managing the implementation dates as well as the technical information to all involved areas. Responsible for leading a working team to prepare special vehicles for corporative marketing events.

Responsible for process development for Final Assembly, including 3 assembly lines and pre-assembly area; implementation of JIT-Kanban modals; outsourcing of sub-assemblies; representative of Process Engineering at Simultaneous Enginnering Teams for implementation of new vehicles at the São Bernardo do Campo Plant.
