From 450 tons. to 3.300 ton.;• Under my responsability I have a team of 22 employees and 9 regional distribuitors;• Responsible for major brazilian accounts: GPA, Carrefour, Walmart, Cencosud, Muffato, Zaffari, Angeloni, Mundial, Guanabara, Sonda, St. Marche, Mambo/Giga, DIA%, BH Supermercados, Bahamas, Savegnago, etc.

• Global business management, searching for better results, internally negotiating the implantation of the four-shift work inside of the industry, which became fundamental to achievement of the established goals;• Responsible for the negotiation with main service customers, managing an improvement of around 30% in the charged prices of industrialization;• Reorganization of the entire operation (from production to commercialization channels) of CBS (Bhering)’s consumer goods, going from an 18% loss in 2002 to 23% of net profits in 2007;• Enabling of the chocolate drink Chocobhering outsourcing by Jandaia Alimentos (PR) and Café Globo by Sendas Torrefação (RJ);• Development of tolling services for three very important customers (Café Maratá, Café Santa Clara and Café São Braz), becoming their main supplier;• Development of private labels of cappuccino and soluble coffee, for both supermarket chains and coffee roasters.

• Extension of the amount of clients represented by the company generating a revenue growth of around 40%;• Development of private labels of olives (Sendas), sun-flower and corn oils (Sendas, Pão de Açúcar, Sonae and Villefrut) and mayonnaise (Sendas);• Obtention of the representation of codfish companies in Norway and Iceland;• Development of the black bean market, which became an important part of Minas Sul’s business;• Development of strategic partnerships with other representation companies, generating a revenue growth for Minas Sul of more than 20% in sales;• Beginning of self importing codfish for Minas Sul in 1995, being responsible for the whole operation, since the negotiation with suppliers up to the sale of products. In two years Minas Sul brought around 700 tons of the product;• Responsible for the Molinos Rio de la Plata (Bunge y Born Group - Argentina) entry in the Rio de Janeiro’s market, being their first agent in Brazil.
