With over 30 years dedicated to military engineering, encompassing 15 years as a project manager and a decade in executive leadership roles, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise across diverse domains. During my tenure as a project manager at the Brazilian Army's Technological Center (CTEx), I successfully oversaw the implementation of the first Brazilian full-flight simulator for helicopters, SHEFE, and the first high-range missile and intelligent rocket.In my role as a researcher, I had the opportunity to contribute to the development of the first Brazilian FOG (fiber optic gyroscope) at Aeronautics Technological Institute (ITA) and worked in the development of stereo images working in signal processing at Militar Institute of Engineering (IME). Transitioning into entrepreneurship, I have achieved significant milestones, currently overseeing three successful companies (Inspirium, Arbette, and La Finestra) within the furniture sector. Collectively, these companies generate an annual gross income of $300.000 and employ directly and indirectly over 50 individuals.As a project manager and entrepreneur, I possess a unique skill set which connect technical and administrative areas. This multifaceted background has allowed me to address weaknesses and enhance my strengths.
