During my time with OMI, I was worked as water and wastewater treatment operator; as well as in lift station maintenance and operations. I was involved in all daily operations of both water systems. I did daily well checks, collections of all required samples, assist in preparation of all DEP reports monthly and quarterly. I did also assist with daily operation of the wastewater treatment plant which included operating the belt press. I had use of a company truck and tools required to complete daily repairs as needed, even during nightly on-call schedules. All tasks where conducted 365 days, even during ALL major holidays and weekends. I over sall the daily operations of a full service U-Haul center. Daily operations include renting all types of equipment like trucks, trailers, storage unit, and offering exceptional customer service. We also installed custom hitches, wiring, and service on customer's automobiles and trailers. We completed minor repairs to all U-Haul equipment daily. I stabilized the overall operation of the center. I managed a profitable center. My teams of employees' ensured customers received the best service and were provided safe, clean and reliable U-Haul products and services. Three months in a row for most improved profit in 2009.Numerous months in a row for having hitch budget exceed goals in 2010 to 2011.

I was a part time customer service representative. I assisted in daily operation at U-Haul Storage location including renting all U-Haul equipment and storage units. The goals reached at this location lead to my promotion to store manager at another location. While at this specific location, we received numerous awards for excellence and achieving budget in 2008 to 2009.

I was a part time retail sale associate for Sony Electronics International. I had retail sale experience selling all type of electronics and associated service along with them. I left the company to pursue a full time position with U-Haul.
