· Engineering manager, leading teams of 9 mechanical engineers and 5 electrical engineers.· Development of customized projects and products for customers in the food industry and consumer goods, from customer visits for data collect, project design, planning, prototyping and testing, to effective delivery to customers at their plant.· Conduction of multidisciplinary meetings with other teams for alignment of deliveries and conflict resolution.· International meetings and visits in other units of the group, being responsible for the transfer of technology between different plants.· Report and presentations to the board, reporting on the progress and performance of the area with key performance indicators (KPIs) such as project hours, delivery dates, indices of deviations.· Elaboration of improvement plans (CIP).

· Management of mechanical engineering department, leading team of 12 engineers responsible for project development.· Development of products and projects with the team, from definition and design, project planning, production follow-up to test plans for new equipment and delivery to customers and follow-up of startup of production lines.· Definition of the subproject teams aiming at better team performance.· Definition and follow-ups of department KPIs.· Participation in international meetings with other units of the group.· Improvement (CIP) within the department by mapping critical points and implementing corrections

· Development of equipment, machinery and devices for the food industry, carrying out needs assessment and technical data with customers for definition of layout and design, using Solid Works software.· Follow up of the manufacturing process in manufacturing area.· Participation in the startup of production lines in customers after delivery· Main equipment and projects developed: - Horizontal packaging machines (HFFS) projects and biscuit handling system - Basic projects in vertical packers (VFFS).
