PhD in Mechanical Engineering with more than 24 years of experience in industry. After almost 20 years in product development, I started a new position in Commercial Area, Sales Engineering at the beginning of 2019. In 2023, I moved into a new challenge in Strategy & Product Management department now acting as Product Manager.Commercial area is a very delightful environment with several challenges. Besides our main focus is to sell the right product to the right person and application, our main target is actually making people happy. We have been born for that.Previously, I worked as a product designer in the Department of Product Engineering - Chassis at Volvo do Brasil – Trucks. Afterwards, for 8 years at Electrolux do Brasil, I acted as a designer and product engineer, project manager and group manager of Product Engineering Department dedicated to developing products for white goods. Later on, I worked as a product engineer at Volvo do Brasil in the Product Engineering Department - Power Train Installation and chassis structure in the Chassis Department (Frame Rails and Reinforcements, Cross Members, Hole Groups, Fasteners, Towing Members, Couplings and Complete Chassis supplier main contact) and Propeller Shaft installation.International experience in Gothenburg - Sweden, acting as project leader in the Product Engineering Department - Chassis, in an emission reduction project during 2012.PhD in Mechanical Engineering, I studied cutting-edge technologies applied to Engineering as well as taught classes in Engineering field.Two years of experience in concurrent engineering department (NuPES - CEFET-PR).Specialties:I could say:• Relationship;• Team leadership;• Product development;• Research;• Numerical calculation (FEM, XFEM/GFEM and MLGFM).But it really is:• Build strong friendship and relationship in order to making people happier and contribute to make our planet a better place to live;• Being a better person in order to be an example for other people;• Work hard to develop products that come people together;• Research technologies that really meant for human beings, that really matters;• Explore mathematical techniques since Pythagoras knowing that science is a strong and fascinating branch of our life but to limit me in that makes me reductionist.
