Research and Development engineer for body exterior parts. Main parts developed are body shell (stamped and welded parts) and rubber sealing parts but also expandable pads for cavities sealing.Core tasks are local parts development with Suppliers, from technical discussion (simultaneous engineering) to samples evaluation in vehicle SOP, new manufacturing processes development, suppliers development and validation, cost reduction activities for new and current produced vehicles (w/ and w/o benchmark), continuous improvement activities based on TPS, parts and tools schedules control and negotiation, parts evaluation definition, etc.

Technical support to dealers to solve electrical problems in vehicles. Research and investigation of electrical schemes to guide dealers' mechanics on problem solving.

Development and selection of packages for automotive glasses (windshields, side and back window glasses). Development of packages done using CATIA V5. Also participated in cost reduction projects focused on disposable packages.

Monitoring and library assistant. Supported students in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics complementary classes.

Draftsman using 3D and 2D CATIA V5. Main jobs developing control, assembly, welding and drilling jigs for VW and Embraer.
