About Marcelo Prata

My interests lie in the areas of improving sports performance thru the use of functional training. This includes the use of; weight training, plyometrics, body weight exercises, and a variety of resistance training. This evolved from my background as a collegiate soccer and tennis player over 4 year period. My programs are designed based on my creativity and years of experienced as an athlete. This couple with my exercise science bachelor's degree and also make me a strong student and practitioner in human performance.
