Mi experiencia última ha sido como Project Manager. Gestionando la implementación de nuevas tecnologías relativas a Customer experience en la empresa NICE.Anteriormente adquirí experiencia como coordinador de proyectos y como Gerente de Proyectos en la empresa Sixbell Nekotec Solutions. La experiencia adquirida fue en la implementación de nuevos servicios para Contact Center, cuyos principales clientes eran TELMEX y TELCEL.También trabaje como Ingeniero de Switch (Central Telefónica) para Maxcom Servicios Administrativos, en donde la función principal era mantener la operación de la central telefónica. Uno de mis logros en ese tiempo fue obtener la certificación ISO 9000 en la auditoria practicada a la central Magdalena.Tengo experiencia como Software Tester, durante mi estancia para Alcatel Bell Telephone en Amberes Bélgica. Inicialmente fueron pruebas sobre un protocolo de comunicación (SS7) y posteriormente pruebas de estrés para confirmar la estabilidad de las centrales telefónicas.Inicie mi carrera profesional en Alcatel Indetel México, como Ingeniero de Soporte Técnico en el protocolo de señalización 7 y en el módulo de pruebas de troncales. Lideree un grupo de ingenieros para realizar troubleshooting sobre las centrales telefónicas del área metropolitana de Monterrey, en el que logramos reducir las incidencias en 90%.Y también apoye al equipo de ventas de Alcatel para realizar demostraciones del equipo de pruebas automáticas A8610 que simula el progreso de las llamadas telefónicas utilizando el protocolo de señalización 7. Para ello recibí entrenamiento en Alcatel STR en Zurich, Suiza.

    Specialist on Signalling protocol N7, responsible for verifying the digital exchange’s software works according to the customer specifications. Achievements• The last software version for digital exchanges, called World Release; was tested in three different places in the world (India, Australia and Belgium). My contribution was to build a triangle between three exchanges using signalling N7 in order to run traffic between those exchanges. This triangle was prepared in each of the countries which were testing the World Release. I prepared some macros, which include commands and instructions that can be executed by a terminal interface between the exchange and the operator. So this macros were prepared in Belgium and later they were sent to India and Australia. • Commissioned to give support to India and Australia when they had problems to set-up the N7 triangle. Sometimes it was necessary to work remotely (under UNIX environment) to solve the problems found on those places.• When problems were found on the exchange behaviour a first analysis should be done to determine if it was a code problem or data problem. In the last case a solution should be provided in the second case, this should be worked together with the designer, who normally was located in Germany.• Learning on how to work with different equipment for doing tests during the test itself. • Patches (few lines in assembler language which modifies a program) were written for Turkey market and Portuguese market, to introduce a new functionality on the digital exchanges.• Because my background I was transferred to the System Test department. In which not only signalling N7 but all the sub-areas of a digital exchnage should be tested, subscriber lines, routing of a call, statistics.
