Mr Marcelo Reale started to work as a Registered European Lawyer in the UK in 2003. He had previously attained a Master’s Degree in European Law from the Berlin Freie Universitaet. In 2006 he became a qualified solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. He is accredited by the Law Society in Immigration and Asylum as a Supervisor. Members will have shown, to the satisfaction of the Law Society that they have and will maintain a high level of knowledge, skills, experience and practice in the area of asylum and immigration law.Marcelo specialises in immigration and family law and is also a member of ILPA, the Immigration Law Practitioner’s Association. Marcelo also worked as an on-duty solicitor in the Harmondsworth and Yarlswood detention centres in 2005 as part of a programme developed by the then Legal Services Commission (this organisation was replaced by the Legal Aid Agency in 2013), being the first point of contact for immigration detainees therein who wished to seek legal advice.
