Marcelo R. Bugli is graduate in Mechanical Engineer, currently Production Engineer and Suply Chain for Pampa Energia SA Company, with over 20 years' experience in technical hands-on skills developed in Gas fields. He worked in different Natural gas and oil production areas in the South Argentina in national and international companies; Pecom Energía SA, Petrobras Energía SA y Pampa Energía SA.From 1997 to 1998, he worked in Pampa del Castillo oilfield, in Surface facilities and design of treatment plants. From 1998 to 2006, he worked in areas of southern Argentina in oil and gas fields, where he acquired vast experience in operations of well interventions, and different extractive systems such as gas lift, plunguer lift, electric sumergible pumps, sucker rod pumping and natural gas wells. From 2006 to 2009 Marcelo was a Production Engineering Manager in Neuquina Gas Fields (Petrobras) where he development the engineering team and led the extraction engineering sector of one of the main tight gas projects in Argentina.His background focused on design of artificial lift and wells of natural gas upwelling. Ample experience in gas well production facilities design, maintenance and optimization. Demonstrated high technical competence in Production Management, and Project Evaluation in conventional and non-conventional reservoirs.
