Responsibilities:Management of the technical and administrative teams of the operation and maintenance contract.Execution of the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance plan for machines, equipment.Installation, conversion and maintenance of regulators, heaters, stoves and internal branch for the use of natural gas.Elaboration and implementation of technical operational procedures based on the technical standards of the activities described in the contract.Management of performance indicators to maintain productivity, quality and operational efficiency with a focus on continuous improvement, in accordance with the FMEA concepts.Budget control aiming at reducing operating costs by optimizing resources.Preparation of reports demonstrating results based on indicators of efficiency, quality and demand for activities.My activities:Asset management, certification and technical training of the teams.Preventive and corrective actions to deal with contractual non-conformities.Participation in external meetings with suppliers and representatives of the contractor for technical operational contractual negotiations.

Responsibilities:- Planning and operation of the pet preform injection sector.- Programming of the volume to be transformed based on the demand of the blowing and filling sector.- Negotiation, approval of the quality of the raw material to be processed in the injection sector.- Production planning and control and preventive and corrective maintenance of all machines and equipment.- Elaboration of statistical controls of productivity, quality and OEE (Global Efficiency of the Industrial Plant).- Control of administrative documents related to industrial costs, (CF - CV) for presentation to industrial management and directors.- External meetings with suppliers of raw materials and service providers on sporadic trips.- Responsible for the quality and productivity of the Husky and Netstal injectors.- Elaboration of productive operational training, PCP, PCM based on the tools of 5W2H.Controls related to TPM, 5S, ISO9001 and ISO 22000.- Classification of suppliers of raw materials, parts and tools and management of outsourced servicesMy Activities:- Monitoring the performance of preforms in the blowing and filling sectors.- Analysis of flaws in the blowing sector due to the quality of the quality of the preforms.- Loading and transporting the produced volume.- Approval of outsourced services.

Responsibilities:- Operational responsible for the quality and productivity of the injection sector, pet preforms.- Management of machine equipment performance indicators with a focus on process optimization and reduction of unscheduled downtime.- Control and follow-up of compliance with the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance plan.- Execution of production planning, scheduling stops for mechanical and electrical intervention.- Control of the documentation of the production lines, referring to TPM, PCM, PCP, focusing on good GMP manufacturing practices, constantly seeking continuous improvement in all stages of the process.- Monitoring the finished product loading between production and supply logistics sectors.- Issuance of daily reports, monthly efficiency statistics based on the production capacity of each production line by type of material produced per period.My Activities:- Control of absenteeism and turnover in partnership with the human resources sector and labor relations.- Monitoring the supply of raw materials made available for processing in the production lines.- Control and monitoring of MTBF, MTTR maintenance execution indicators, failure analysis and compliance with the maintenance plan.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for large industrial and commercial customers using generator sets to operate during peak hours.- Leadership of the predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance team for the energy cogeneration system.- Planning and execution of the maintenance plan, scheduling the mechanical and electrical interventions;- Planning and control of daily technical and administrative activities.- Operational and strategic technical reports to meet the technical demands of the field based on the performance indicators of the sap system.- Analysis of expense reports by field teams.My Activities:- Meetings with the engineering sector to plan the improvement actions in the systems, specifying the characteristics of each client.- Agreements with the purchasing and logistics sector for spare parts and safety stock.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for the supervision of the technical operational team for the inspection of the equipment of the production lines from 501 to 507 - returnable.- Analysis of indicators of unscheduled stops of the sliding system, tracks, sensors and motors.- Execution of the preventive maintenance plan with a focus on reducing the reasons for failures.- Monitoring the efficiency of all equipment involved in production, checking the need for improvement action with maintenance and or engineering with mechanical or electrical interventions.- Preparation and control of administrative and operational documentation; referring to quality and productivity, time off, shifts and vacation schedule;- Analysis of actions for continuous improvement based on the requirements of ISO 9001 and 22000.My Activities:- Negotiations with the Medicine and occupational safety and environment sector for all activities carried out.

Responsibilities:- Responsible for the supervision of the technical operational team for installation and maintenance of building gas networks.- Operational planning of field activities, environmental inspection, residential or commercial for the use of natural gas.- Supervise the completion of the construction of branches and internal gas networks, carrying out leakage tests.- Analysis of the quality, productivity and performance indicators of the operational technical team.- Analysis of approval of operational costs report with material, equipment, making quotations and requisitions for the acquisition of equipment and materials.- Control of maintenance and conservation of the operational fleet, machinery and equipment to meet the needs of the technical area, through an integrated management system.My Activities:- Interaction with the management of internal and operational resources for strategic planning with a focus on budget execution in order to achieve the goals set by the board.

- Project execution, Installation and maintenance of machines and equipment for water heating systemnatural, electric and solar gas heaters and boilers and pressurizers.-Field surveys for new projects, checking the needs to be met with a description of the most appropriate equipment.- Inspection and repair of electrical and hydraulic installations (copper, PVC and Aquaterm weldable pipes).My Activities:- Interaction with the sales and engineering sectors for the acquisition of machinery and equipment.- Development of an action plan for continuous improvement in operational procedures.- Elaboration of the most appropriate predictive and preventive maintenance plan for each system.- Quality control of the services provided.
