Work was divided between internal and customer related topics for all ladle product groups – basic, non-basic, shaped, unshaped and functional products as purging plugs and its equipment (cleaning/flow control panels). For the internal topics a cross functional workflow was necessary dealing with raw material availability, cost and quality for both internal and external sources, production plant interaction mainly with process and quality control teams where routine products monitoring was established and also made part of failure analysis both for internal issues and customer related problems when a deep investigation in production was needed. Also aid to direct and support R&D projects making part from idea to market projects. For customer related topics a full support to our technical sales team was provided from accompanying problems discussions and resolutions together with customer, preparing and ministering trainings and routine visits to discover and discuss new opportunities and projects.
