Engineer from UFRJ, Belt Green Six Sigma, FMEA, PowerBI, Python, MySQL work project management, processes and procedures, quality control, indicators, labor and parts, maintenance plan and Field Service (After-sales).I was part of the team that developed the Volkswagen Rear Engine Bus until production launch (Diesel engine). I took care of supplier development, Design Aids and Durability Prototypes, authorization of Definitive tools and Initial Sample Quality Certification. During 6 years, I worked in Production / Field Quality Control at Volkswagen plant. I was also an Instructor in Automotive and Marine Engines (theoretical and practical classes for Gasoline and Diesel Engines).I worked on the development and expansion of the Mercury Marine support points (we achieved more than 70 Service Shops in Brazil) for sales of services and parts. I was instructor of service Training (2 Strokes and 4 Strokes, Gasoline/Diesel engines – practical & theoretical classes). I used to do a service expenses report and consolidated it monthly. I worked to manage the critical items on inventory by monitoring input / output and Follow-up with purchase / Import department (to keep the critical parts for warranties). I introduced a system automation to input the warranties request. I handled all Lawsuit; represent Mercury in Legal actions with Judicial Expertise and release the special care of customer dissatisfaction, focusing on getting around the problem and avoiding new lawsuits and recovering brand image. I introduced new procedure to register the warranties requests with recording the reasons for that and cases of commercial courtesy. It reduced the scenario of 100% loss of lawsuits.
