Resumo das tarefas do chefe de máquinas: • Liderar o departamento de máquinas de maneira empática, planejada, segura, clara e operacional. • Utilizar sempre que possível, os manuais, procedimentos, boas práticas e lições aprendidas. • Estar sempre alinhado com as diretrizes da empresa, utilizando feedback e “Double checks” em suas tarefas sempre que possível. • Acompanhar cronograma de manutenção, peças de reposição, estoque de materiais em geral através do Software de manutenção. • Responsável pelo acompanhamento da manutenção corretiva e preditiva dos equipamentos da praça de máquinas através do Software de manutenção. • Condução, inspeção visual diária; e operações na praça de máquinas. • Inspecionar e reparar, quando necessário, o Sistema de Geração de Energia, e demais equipamentos inerentes a praça de máquinas e convés da embarcação. • Controle da qualidade da água do sistema de arrefecimento do motor e consumo PWT. • Controle de consumo de combustível (MDO e Diesel) e óleo lubrificante. Controle e dosagem de óleo e água nos sistemas de lubrificação e refrigeração. • Manutenção e inspeção de equipamentos de praça de máquinas, análise de projetos, planos, verificação do sistema de operação e elaboração de relatórios diários. • Supervisionar o recebimento e abastecimento de óleo (MDO). • Estar alinhado com o contrato vigente e suas diretrizes. • Introduzir o programa de reuniões: • Turno diurno e noturno, para melhorar a comunicação entre as equipes, minimizando qualquer falha de comunicação na passagem de serviço.
