Responsible for building relationships with brazilian press for the following Digital Trix's clients: Corpal and Trisul (real estate), TG Core (landtech) Grupo Ultra (fitness) and Uranio Bonoldi (C-level executives' advisor); reaching the targeted audiences and acquiring new customers and leads. Writing media releases to raise interest from publishers and emphasizing our value proposition to the audience, and developing specific mailings for campaigns, follow-up, clippings and reports.

In order to ensure visibility of published titles and manage relations with target audience I was responsible for monitoring activities related to press and media relations, suchs as press releases, follow ups and clippings; preparation of various texts; updating mailing; prospecting new publishers; monitoring and supporting social media platforms; cataloging photo collections related to books and launch events; organizing published titles to be sent to the press.

Activities included the creation of internal communication pieces and LinkedIn posts; managing relations with PR and governmental relations agencies; translating internal ads.

Intermediating contact with specialized communications vehicles; selecting content to be highlighted in the press section of the website; organizing and dispatching press kits to opinion makers; developing targeted mailing for specific campaigns.
