My Ph.D. in innovation management from the PUCPR Business School solidifies my commitment to expanding the frontiers of knowledge.With a Master of Arts in Automotive Design from Coventry University, UK, I bring 25 years of experience managing high-performance design teams for large-scale projects, primarily in the commercial vehicle industry.Personal growth and transformation are paramount to me.
