Management Training Program. Housekeeping: Supervising a team of over 20 housekeepers seeking to improve leadership capabilities, opening and closing procedures, running daily reports, managing the distribution of the rooms for the housekeepers, developing cleaning system to ensure rooms are cleaned faster, training housekeepers, inspecting and releasing rooms for sale, inventory control, regularly communicating with the front desk and engineering departments and conducting regular stand-up meetings with the team. Following the entire checklist properly to ensure smooth daily operations. Night Audit: Running reports for all departments, making corrections/adjustments, resetting the hotel system, reporting to the accounting department, processing check-ins/check-outs in a friendly and efficient way, negotiating rates with guests, providing local information, selling gift shop products, updating reports, contacting security agents to ensure safety and providing a high level of customer service.Front Desk: Focus on providing excellence in customer service according to the brand standards and policies, performing check-ins/check-outs, giving directions as a concierge, receiving correspondence, assigning rooms to reservations when requested, processing all types of payments, training new associates, controlling inventory, performing the daily banking procedures at the beginning and the end of every shift, dispatching housekeeping, F&B, bell staff and valet staff as needed. Following all procedures according to specifications and assisting other departments as necessary. Reason for leaving: End of contract/J1 visa.
