· Reporting to CEO. · Reporting to the HR Director of BP Biofuels and to the Global Head of Labor Relations (based in the UK).· Assigned for the position after the consolidation of expansion strategy in the biofuels sector.· Managing of Labor and Union relations for 3 production plants, encompassing 7.000 employees distributed in the states of GO, MG and SP (headquarters).· Direct relationship with labor unions and its representatives/leaders; understanding of their demands, conduction of negotiations, analysis of financial impacts, presentation of alternatives and closing/standardization of agreements. · Interface with HR peers to synchronize initiatives, adequacies related to compensation/benefits, description of roles/functions and unification of benefits.· Interaction with local/global leadership to present scenarios, alternatives, social reality and action plans.· Member of the Fraud & Misconduct team; investigation of cases related to people management and labor relations.

· Reporting to the CEO of Tropical Bioenergia (JV with Maeda e SEV); managing a team of 13 professionals. · Mission to promote full restructuring of HR area within Biofuel BU, in accordance to local and international corporate standards. Operation with 2.000 employees, encompassing production, logistics and administrative areas.· Responsible for defining Human Resources strategy for the BU; integrated leadership of R&S, T&D, Compensation, Benefits, Climate and Culture, Life Quality, Social Responsibility, Organizational Structure, Labor Relations and Payroll.
