Local focal point for Projects department structure (Engineering, HSSE, Supply Chain, and Construction) with over 140 resources.Accountable for implementing the Project Management department structure in Brazil in interface with Global PMO Team leadership.Functional management of department resources (Project Managers, Planning Managers, Project Controls Managers & Planning Engineers) including recruitment, talent development, resources allocation, and performance evaluation.Interface with the Global PMO Team involving global resources allocation, manhours and budget optimization, and supporting strategies for all projects. Implementation of frame agreements and management of outsourced companies to support departmental and local projects activities (Greenfields and Brownfields).

Implementation of the new Local Content strategy for Brazil, interfacing with several suppliers of Brazil Oil & Gas sectors promoting strategies for new Local Content regulation.Support for the Global Tender team for Brazil EPCIs bids.

Project management of EPC projects (4 Topsides Modules) composed by the Sea Water Treatment Package of 2 projects in parallel - approximately 4000t & 48MUSD (contract) with 65% local content.Management of internal multidisciplinary Brownfield projects, providing support to areas of Shutdown, Fabric Maintenance, and Fleet Support.Support to R&D project in partnership with Shell (Sea Water Intake Riser) including proposal qualification for ANP and project execution set up).

Management of the Brazil Engineering team (in coordination with the global team in Monaco) responsible for the technical reports to the FPSO P-36 Life Extension bid for Petrobras.

Management of the Structural discipline team in the FPSO MV-24 project.Interface with client management team (MODEC), project suppliers (equipment and services), other disciplines, and classification societies.
