· Manage and direct projects, installations, integrations and trainings;· Assess customers requests and manage the planning and execution of customizations of the software including estimates and costs;· Train and mentor Company’s employees to facilitate ongoing growth in the Company;· Manage and direct the ongoing on-site and remote technical support;· Investigate, document and resolve software issues and provide direction to the technical team;· Collaborate with other technical support specialists, engineers, contractors and third parties;· Conduct technical training for new and existing customers, online and/or onsite at customers’ facilities;· Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations; · Conduct ongoing business development and bring new contracts and customers to the Company.

Responsible for Pre Sales, Project Management, Solution Architecture, Implementation, and support of all Lantek ERP/MES solution modules.

With the growth of the company, it was decided to restructure some areas, and one of the areas (technical support) that was under the supervision of different managers started to be managed and centralized in a single person, at this moment I started to help the support team, but indirectly and the focus was turned to other activities, such as implementations and new projects, working directly with the installation team and pre-sales. In addition to working on improving processes that affect the entire business from sales, marketing, products/services and suppliers are demands that are being worked on with more focus in this position.

Focused on the management of operational and tactical levels and support at the strategic level of the organization related to the vertical of the LANTEK Sheet Metal CAD/CAM product.Management of the technical support team.Management of the implementation team and external training.Management of the development team of Post-Processors of CNC machines.Direct and indirect management of the Pre-Sales team.Support the commercial team.Support to the project management team.Relationship with customers, machine suppliers and partners.

With experience in LANTEK Sheet Metal CAD/CAM software, I became part of the Special Projects and Integrations team at SKA, where I worked with the LANTEK API for the development of CNC Machine Post-Processors (C++ language), in addition I had the opportunity to visit companies as a technical consultant for the improvement of manufacturing processes.As an Analyst and Developer I worked in the systems for integrations between production management/control software, Engineering and Manufacturing software, and ERP systems (such as SAP, TOTVS, CIGAM, Datasul, etc.), specifying and developing complementary systems to these integrations (languages used: VB6, VB.Net, C#, SQL Server, Crystal Reports).

Implementations and training and on-site support with a focus on the LANTEK Sheet Metal CAD/CAM system with its respective modules for:-Programming of cutting machines and punching machines for sheets.-Machines 3, 4 and 5 axes for tubes and profiles.-Production management systems.At the same time I worked with the customer technical support team.

I started working at SKA as an trainee, I joined the internal support team with a focus on CAD/CAM (Lantek Sheet Metal) solutions.During this period I supported customers by phone, and I also had the opportunity to follow technicians in external deployments.

Mandatory Internship linked to the technical course, I worked the most of the time as Maintenance Mechanic of Pneumatic Devices such as: Pinners, Staplers, Nailers and Sanders. I worked in parallel as a SolidWorks and AutoCAD Designer, designing spare parts that were no longer sold in the market.
