Technical Director
Current· Manage and direct projects, installations, integrations and trainings;· Assess customers requests and manage the planning and execution of customizations of the software including estimates and costs;· Train and mentor Company’s employees to facilitate ongoing growth in the Company;· Manage and direct the ongoing on-site and remote technical support;· Investigate, document and resolve software issues and provide direction to the technical team;· Collaborate with other technical support specialists, engineers, contractors and third parties;· Conduct technical training for new and existing customers, online and/or onsite at customers’ facilities;· Develop and implement policies, procedures and guidelines for electronic data processing and computer systems development and operations; · Conduct ongoing business development and bring new contracts and customers to the Company.
