- Responsible for Paraná HUB Distribution Center Controlling and Financial Reporting Coordination, reporting and Controlling Activities as well as assuring SOX controls points, Tester and testee role for relevant controls points in the HUB, also strengthen the local interface with Country F&C, HUB Mgmt, GL F&C and OPS Units in Brazil, Europe and Regional Logistics LAT teams. Direct contribution to OPS Global logistics management reporting analyzing and identifying deviations and improvement areas proactively, report and analyze P/L and B/S effects thereof. Materials Delivery Execution / Operations,. International Buyer - Sourcing (Oct/06-Jul/10)Responsible for the procurement of local and imported Radio Access and Mobile Telecom equipment, management of international logistics processes and costs, documentation & compliance analysis, demand analysis and execution, Global and Regional Sourcing between Hubs and external Vendors, Inventory analysis and management, Material availability information, demand supply planning, in time delivery assurance, materials returns, Supplier performance evaluation, data input maintenance, amongst other related activities. Also responsible for the implementation and improvement of controls and forecast reports to facilitate the process management with Logistic Service Providers of local and International Inbound and Outbound as well as processes organization.

Restructure the International Procurement business-oriented dpt. of the company and also responsible for the negotiations with International and local suppliers of products and services as well as foreign commerce operations management with Logistics Operators and Logistics Service Providers. Management of the process of International Purchases and Import/export Operations, Customs compliance, Cost reduction projects, amongst others related activities. Also responsible for the development and roll out of projects as part of the Strategic Sourcing team for the Latin Am. reporting directly to the Operational Excellence Director in the Headquarter in U.S.A.

Responsible for the purchase of Raw Materials and Finished products, the negotiation process and management of the entire process until its use in the Plant Production process.Also I was a Key User in Implementation of ERP SAP R3 MM module and an Import Export management satellite system and team leader for the integrated tests before the implementation go live. Lead a team of 4 members and responsible for the purchasing and operational area of Imported materials of the company.

Responsible for the materials planning as well as the procurement for direct and indirect materials, machinery and equipments, services in logistic and foreign commerce acting as a team leader and reporting to Company Management Board.Also I was responsible for the assessment and implementation of Software tool for Management in Foreign Commerce, together with IT and Service providers experts, with considerable success and process improvement in controlling and reporting of the International operations activities.
